الأستاذ الدكتور كامل هو أستاذ علم أمراض الأنف بجامعة القاهرة – مصر. ويتمثل اهتمامه الرئيسي في جراحات الأنف والجيوب الأنفية بالمنظار، والحساسية، ودراسات النوم. حصل على زمالته من جامعة جونز هوبكنز بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
